Data processing agreement
Delegento DPA v1.0
The data-processing terms that apply when Delegento processes personal data for an organization using the Slack app or related services.
Effective date

Parties
This Data Processing Agreement is between Startup Farmers s. r. o., Lenardova 1152/8, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, as Delegento, and the customer organization that accepts Delegento's Terms or otherwise uses Delegento for its workspace.
How The DPA Is Accepted
The DPA is incorporated into the Delegento Terms of Service. If you finish web setup for an organization or otherwise accept the Terms for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and accept this DPA on its behalf.
Scope
Delegento processes personal data to provide the Slack app, workspace setup, customer-requested agent work, connected integrations, service security, support, and related services requested by the customer organization or its users.
Roles
For workspace content and connected-tool data that Delegento processes on behalf of a customer organization, the customer is the controller or processor, and Delegento acts as processor or subprocessor as applicable. Delegento may act as controller for account, billing, security, support, and business operations data.
Instructions
Delegento processes customer personal data only to provide the service, follow documented customer instructions, comply with law, protect the service, and perform obligations under the applicable agreement.
Security
Delegento uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer personal data, including TLS in transit, restricted production access, encryption and access controls for sensitive data, tenant isolation, operational monitoring, and approval flows for customer-visible changes to connected systems.
Subprocessors
Delegento uses subprocessors to host and secure the service, process model requests, connect customer-authorized integrations, monitor errors, and provide support. The current list is published at /subprocessors. Customers may request notice of material subprocessor changes by emailing support@delegento.com.

International Transfers
Delegento is operated by a Slovak company and may process data in the EEA, the United States, and other countries where Delegento or its subprocessors operate. For restricted transfers, Delegento relies on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and other valid transfer safeguards.
Data Subject Requests
Delegento assists customers with reasonable requests to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data when the customer cannot fulfill the request using available product controls. Requests can be sent to support@delegento.com.
Return And Deletion
On uninstall, termination, or verified deletion request, Delegento deletes or returns customer personal data according to the Privacy Policy, the DPA, and applicable law, subject to backup, security, legal, and abuse-prevention retention needs.
