Response Time

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. If an issue affects installation, workspace access, data deletion, or security, include that in the subject line so we can route it quickly.

What To Send

  • Your Slack workspace name or workspace ID, if available.
  • The Delegento page, Slack channel, thread link, or integration involved.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Relevant screenshots or error text, with secrets and customer credentials removed.
  • Whether the request is about support, privacy, data export, deletion, or security.

Privacy And Data

For access, export, correction, or deletion requests, email support@delegento.com and include the Slack workspace name or workspace ID. We may verify that you are authorized to act for the workspace before making workspace-level changes.

Security

To report a suspected vulnerability or security incident, email support@delegento.com with Security in the subject line. Please do not include live secrets, Slack bot tokens, API keys, or customer credentials in the message.
