Data Deletion
How to disconnect Delegento access and ask us to delete data associated with your workspace, account, or Meta Ads connection.
Deletion requests
This page explains how Delegento handles data deletion requests.
Who To Contact
Email support@delegento.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Include the Slack workspace name or workspace ID, your name, and the connected service involved, such as Meta Ads. We may ask for more information to verify that you are authorized to act for the workspace or account.
Disconnect Access
You can disconnect connected tools from the Delegento integrations page when you have access to the workspace setup surface. Disconnecting an integration removes the Delegento stored connection reference or credential broker entry for that provider.
For Meta Ads, you can also remove Delegento from your Meta account under Facebook or Meta account settings for apps and websites. Removing the app in Meta stops future Meta-side access.
What We Delete
- Connection records, account identifiers, selected scopes, and brokered credential references for the requested integration.
- Stored access credentials or delegated credential entries where Delegento controls the storage location.
- Workspace setup, scheduled-job, memory, support, and operational records tied to the request when deletion is verified and legally permitted.
- Data retrieved from connected tools when it is stored by Delegento and can be associated with the verified workspace or account.
Timeline
We normally process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some logs, backups, billing records, security records, and legal records may remain for their normal retention period when required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
