Who We Are

Delegento is provided by Startup Farmers s. r. o., IČO: 57443190, DIČ: SK2122732524, Lenardova 1152/8, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia. These Terms govern use of the Delegento website, Slack app, web setup and integration surfaces, and related services.

Accepting These Terms

By accessing Delegento, installing the Slack app, connecting a tool, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Delegento for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and manage its workspace permissions.

The Service

Delegento provides specialized AI teammates that work in Slack and related web surfaces. The service may read permitted Slack context, use connected tools, draft replies, create or update Slack-native artifacts, run scheduled jobs, and ask for approval before higher impact actions.

Workspace Setup

Workspace admins and authorized users are responsible for selecting Slack permissions, inviting Delegento to the right channels, configuring integrations, and deciding which people may use the service. You are responsible for keeping account access, workspace membership, and connected-tool authorization accurate.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Delegento for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to access systems, workspaces, channels, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not interfere with Delegento, Slack, model providers, connected tools, or other third-party services.
  • Do not upload live secrets, API keys, credentials, or unusually sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the requested work and you are authorized to share it.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass technical or security controls except as allowed by our security program.

Customer Content

You keep ownership of the messages, files, prompts, connected-tool data, and other content you provide to Delegento. You grant Delegento the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AI Outputs

Delegento uses AI systems, and outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, employment, security, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

Delegento is a teammate for operational work, not a substitute for professional advice or your own review. You are responsible for decisions made from Delegento outputs and for actions you approve in Slack or connected tools.

Third-Party Services

Delegento works with Slack and may connect to other tools you choose. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, scopes, and availability. Delegento is not responsible for third-party services, but we use the permissions and access you authorize to provide the requested work.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect data. By using Delegento, you agree that we may process data as described there.

Fees

Some Delegento features may be paid or offered under a separate order, plan, marketplace listing, or written agreement. Fees, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund rules are governed by the applicable purchase flow or agreement. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.

Availability And Changes

Delegento may change as we improve the product, add integrations, adjust provider behavior, or respond to security and reliability needs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may limit or suspend access if use creates risk, violates these Terms, or could harm customers or third-party services.

Security

Please report suspected vulnerabilities through our Security Program. Do not access, change, delete, or download customer data while testing.

Termination

You may stop using Delegento or uninstall the Slack app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service. Data after termination is handled according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Delegento is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Delegento will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount paid for Delegento in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.

Indemnity

If you use Delegento for an organization, that organization will defend and indemnify Delegento against claims arising from your content, your connected tools, your approved actions, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Bratislava, Slovakia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Delegento changes. If changes are material, we will update this page and take reasonable steps to notify affected customers. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
